Painting in the garage back home didn't get too cold until about 6 or 7ish, I wish I had brought my fingerless black mittens from Jacksonville though and I could still be out there. I did a study of a Bougainvillea last night (top) and a couple of studies of a Narcissus plant Mama bought as a Christmas gift for our elderly neighbor Eva (below). I cleaned my palette off after a semester's worth of build up from figurative class, joyous!
A bit of a copy of a Diebenkorn I did for a final (above) and a small piece I started mid semester in conjuction with all of my work in photography (below). I had a series of four, but this is the only one that came to anything. It's not done yet, I'm thinking of working some more medium into it maybe, either gloss it up or build it up. Dunno yet.
